Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Motorcycle Repair School ("we," "our," or "us") will issue refunds for program enrollments, workshop sessions, and other educational offerings. We are committed to fairness and transparency in all financial matters.

1. Program Enrollment Refunds

1.1 Cancellation Before Program Start

If you need to cancel your enrollment before a program or workshop begins, the following schedule applies:

Less than 7 days before program startNo refund (credit may be issued at our discretion)

1.2 Cancellations Initiated by Motorcycle Repair School

If we cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond participants' control, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund or, at their option, a credit toward a future session of equivalent value.

2. Single-Session Workshop Refunds

For individual workshop sessions not part of a multi-session program:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or session credit
  • Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: No refund. A one-time makeup session may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration or processing fees charged at time of enrollment
  • Costs associated with consumable materials used in completed sessions
  • Digital resource access fees once resources have been accessed

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us in writing at [email protected] or by calling +1 305-604-1650 during business hours. Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • The program or session name and date
  • Your reason for cancellation
  • Your preferred refund method

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days. Refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life is unpredictable. If you experience a documented medical emergency, serious injury, or other significant life event that prevents your participation, please contact us. We will review requests for exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis and will make reasonable accommodations where possible, including session credits, rescheduling, or partial refunds not otherwise covered by this policy.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Refunds under this policy are based on enrollment and attendance circumstances only. We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with learning outcomes, progress speed, or individual results. Our programs are designed and delivered in good faith as educational experiences, and individual results vary based on factors beyond our control. No refund will be issued solely on the basis that a participant did not achieve a particular skill level or outcome.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your enrollment governs your enrollment.
